A batch job has two variations of this attribute.

• User won't interact with this procedure at all

• Scheduled jobs that consume a lot of resources

The reason I need to separate the batch service from other services is that the batch service is consuming a lot of I/O resources, which causes high CPU usage and I don't want to impact the users.
